Dear Wendy This is a long overdue letter to thank you and everybody involved with Living Design for a job well done! It was not an easy renovation but you delivered and you delivered what you promised on time, which is rare in the building industry! Thank you for your patience with us as a couple when we changed things again and again, thank you for your professionalism, your much needed advice at times when I could not decide on minor details, thanks for your positive attitude and accommodating nature! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you and your very able team of contractors. I have to make a special mention of your excellent builder Mike who always delivered an immaculate building site and who was always willing to do anything we asked for with patience and grace! He is an exceptional builder. Claus and I have very high standards and are attention to detail people but you matched us all the way with your knowledge of building and high standards in the finished product. I would also like to commend you for not shying away from challenging building issues but always finding a solution even when it seemed hard your thinking cap was on! I can only highly recommend you and your Living Design team. We will definitely use you again. You are not just a person we contracted to do a job but became a friend as well who we hope to see more of in the future especially now that the stress of building is behind us. Warm regards Thea
